These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the AnyIDPhoto website and related passport photo services.

In these Terms, "AnyIDPhoto", "we", or "our" means the service provider. "User", "you", or "your" refers to anyone accessing or using our passport photo maker via the AnyIDPhoto website.

By creating an account, purchasing a digital passport photo, ordering prints, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please discontinue use of the service.

AnyIDPhoto offers a fast, guided path to biometric photos. Depending on your plan, you may access:

• AI passport photo maker: Intelligent cropping, background cleanup, and lighting adjustments to produce 2x2 passport photos and other country-specific formats.
• Compliance checks: Automated quality gates plus human review on selected plans to verify your passport photo meets official standards.
• Digital downloads: Instant JPG files optimized for online submissions, including expats applying for passport photos near them.
• Print & delivery: Professional prints mailed to your address or ready for pickup through partnered photo labs.
• Document guidance: Passport photo requirements, tips for 2x2 photos, and reminders about background color, clothing, and expression.

Ordering & fulfilment

When you place an order for a passport photo or related product, you agree to the flow below:

1. Upload a recent photo or capture one with our web interface, ensuring proper lighting and framing.
2. Review the auto-generated passport photo preview and confirm it suits your document type.
3. Submit payment, after which digital products are delivered via download link and prints are sent to production.
4. For print deliveries or pick-ups, we may share your name, contact details, and passport photo with trusted partners to fulfil the order.
5. We will email receipts, download instructions, and any follow-up information to the address tied to your account.

Pricing & payments

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Charges are collected in full at the time you confirm the passport photo order.
• AnyIDPhoto currently sells one-time passport photo products; we do not enroll you in automatic renewals.
• Prices for the same passport photo bundle may differ by region, currency, or platform.
• Currency conversion fees or bank charges may apply if your payment method operates in a different currency.

Third-party services & partners

We collaborate with trusted partners to deliver and enhance the service. By placing an order, you authorise us to share limited data with:

• Payment processors: Third-party gateways (for example, Stripe or PayPal) that securely process your transactions under their own terms and privacy policies.
• Printing & delivery vendors: Specialist labs or couriers that produce and ship physical passport photos when you choose print delivery.
• Customer support tools: Systems that help us manage support tickets, email notifications, feedback, or analytics in order to operate the service.

We remain responsible for selecting reputable partners and require them to protect your data. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by the acts or omissions of these third parties, but we will help coordinate a remedy where commercially reasonable.

Complaints & support

If something goes wrong with your passport photo order or our service, contact [email protected].

• Include your order ID, purchase channel, and a description of the issue.
• We aim to respond within 5 business days and resolve or provide next steps within 14 days.
• If we need additional information (for example, government rejection letters), we will email you from the same address.

Refunds & guarantees

We want you to feel confident submitting your passport photos. Refunds are evaluated case by case:

• Digital passport photo downloads are generally non-refundable once delivered, unless the file is corrupted or inaccessible.
• Printed passport photos can be refunded or reprinted if they arrive damaged or fail to meet the promised dimensions.
• If a government authority rejects your passport photo due to a compliance issue we control, contact us with the official rejection notice within 14 days.
• Refunds are issued back to the original payment method when possible; otherwise we may offer store credit or PayPal reimbursement.

Our satisfaction guarantee applies only to document-specific passport photo products and may require proof of rejection.

Additional consumer rights

Certain jurisdictions provide extra protections for consumers. These rights apply in addition to, and do not limit, the Terms above:

• European Union, United Kingdom, and EEA residents: You may have the right to withdraw from a digital services contract within 14 days of purchase. By requesting immediate access to a digital passport photo, you acknowledge that the service is fully performed at delivery and waive the withdrawal right to the extent permitted by law.
• Local mandatory laws: If consumer protection legislation in your country grants you statutory warranties or remedies, those rights prevail in case of conflict with these Terms.

To exercise a statutory right or lodge a complaint with a regulator, contact us first via [email protected]. If we cannot resolve the matter, EU consumers may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

Responsibilities & disclaimers

While AnyIDPhoto works hard to deliver compliant passport photos, there are limits to what we can promise:

• You are responsible for reviewing your passport photo before submission and ensuring the data you provide is accurate.
• AnyIDPhoto is not liable for delays, rejections, or additional costs caused by incorrect information, facial expression, attire, or last-minute regulation changes.
• Our service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or events outside our control (force majeure).
• We do not guarantee acceptance by any government agency, consulate, or vendor, though our tools follow published passport photo requirements.
• Except where prohibited by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit aggregate liability to the amount you paid for the affected product.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the photos and personal information you upload. By using the service, you grant AnyIDPhoto a limited license to process that content to create passport photos and fulfil orders.

AnyIDPhoto owns the website, AI models, trademarks, logos, and all other proprietary material. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Feedback or suggestions about improving passport photo features may be used by us without obligation.

Communications & reviews

By purchasing or creating an account, you agree that we may send service emails, including order confirmations, download links, and follow-up requests for reviews.

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link, but transactional passport photo updates are necessary to complete your orders.

Privacy reference

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data—including facial images uploaded for passport photos, payment details, and contact information.

Using the service signifies you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemic-related restrictions, war, civil unrest, government action, power outages, or network failures. We will make reasonable efforts to resume the service as soon as the event ceases.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to the service, except where applicable consumer laws give you the right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including the ability to raise disputes with local authorities or alternative dispute resolution bodies where mandated.

Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. We will replace the invalid provision with a valid one that best reflects the original intent.

These Terms, together with any policies or guidelines referenced herein (including the Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and AnyIDPhoto regarding the service.

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Changes to these terms

We may amend these Terms to reflect new features, updated passport photo requirements, or changes in the law.

• We will post the revised Terms with an updated effective date.
• For significant updates, we will email registered users or show an in-app notice at least 14 days in advance.
• Continuing to use AnyIDPhoto after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
