Returns and refunds for AnyIDPhoto orders
These Regulations explain how we review refund requests, process complaints, and issue repayments for AnyIDPhoto passport photo products. Please read them before submitting a request.

Custom-made digital goods
Every passport photo we generate is created for a single buyer, so standard right-of-withdrawal rules do not apply.
Email-first complaints
Send order issues to [email protected] with your order number and we will respond within 14 days.
Refunds via original method
Approved refunds are sent using the same payment method wherever possible; promotional extras follow dedicated rules.
Scope & definitions
These Regulations govern returns and refunds for products purchased through the AnyIDPhoto service available at https://anyidphoto.com (the "Service").
The Service is operated by AnyIDPhoto Pte. Ltd., incorporated in Singapore and reachable at [email protected] (the “Seller”).
A "Buyer" is any individual who purchases a digital or printed passport photo through the Service (the "Product").
Withdrawal from the sale
Each Product is generated specifically for the Buyer’s photo and compliance requirements. Because the output is customised, Buyers do not have the right to withdraw from the sales contract once generation has started.
If you believe the Product is defective or non-compliant, please follow the complaint process instead of cancelling the order outright.
Product complaints
We encourage Buyers to reach out whenever a delivered Product does not meet expectations. To help us investigate quickly:
- Email [email protected] from the address used during purchase.
- Include your order number, the document type (e.g., passport, visa), and a short description of the issue.
- Attach supporting files such as rejection notices or screenshots if you have them.
We review every complaint within 14 days of receipt. If we need more details, we will contact you using the email provided in the complaint.
You will receive our decision via email. If we do not respond within 14 days, the complaint is deemed accepted.
Should a dispute remain unresolved, you may use mediation or other consumer dispute resolution services available in your jurisdiction.
Refund execution
When a refund is approved, it is issued using the same payment method that was used during purchase whenever the payment provider allows it.
Processing times depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment service. We will notify you once the refund is initiated.
- Where the original payment method cannot receive funds, we will contact you to arrange an alternative payout channel.
- Refunds apply only to Products that were intended for official IDs (for example, passport or visa photos) and require credible evidence of rejection from the relevant authority.
Promotional credits & extras
Occasionally, Buyers may receive promotional bonuses, loyalty credits, or other payments exceeding the Product price.
These additional amounts are returned only via PayPal or to a bank account held in Singapore dollars.
We may request verification documents to confirm account ownership before sending bonus refunds.
Personal data
Personal information collected while handling complaints or refunds is processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains the scope of data we collect, how it is stored, and your rights regarding access, correction, and deletion.
Final provisions
Issues not covered in these Regulations are governed by the laws of Singapore, including applicable consumer protection rules.
We may update these Regulations to reflect legal requirements or service improvements. Updates take effect 14 days after publication on the Service and do not apply retroactively to completed purchases.
